Yes, fully safe. Guest selfies uploaded for queries are processed strictly in secure RAM slots and **deleted instantly** once search queries end. Face mapping coordinate hashes generated for gallery photos are locked strictly within the scope of that single event. We never share vector coordinates across studio portals, and all indices are permanently wiped when photographers delete events from the dashboard.

Our local sync client runs discreetly in the background on your editing workstation. Once configured, you can assign target directories to specific events. The app automatically detects new exports, compresses them securely, and manages queued uploads in the background, ensuring smooth uploads even on standard Indian broadband lines.

If an automated Razorpay renewal transaction fails (e.g. insufficient balance or bank errors), we automatically initiate a **seven (7) business days grace period**. Active event galleries remain fully online during this week. If renewal is not settled after 7 days, platform access will be frozen until the balance is cleared.

Yes. Our CRM tools provide direct, customized inputs for photographers to set state SGST, CGST, and IGST fields, along with custom studio GSTIN identifiers.
